Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Protocol
By authenticating an uplink, accessing, or utilizing the Nuviac OSINT platform ("the Service", "the Grid"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions specified herein, you must immediately disconnect and cease all use of the Service. Access to the Nuviac Grid is a privilege, not a right, and requires strict adherence to our operational constraints.
2. Telemetry, Search Logging & Location Access
Due to the sensitive nature of Open Source Intelligence retrieval, Nuviac operates under strict, immutable auditing protocols. By executing queries on this platform, you explicitly consent to the following data collection and sharing practices:
- Query Logging: Administrators log all search inputs, target parameters, and execution metadata initiated by your node. You have zero expectation of privacy regarding the specific targets you research herein.
- Data Sharing: We reserve the right to share your query history and profile data with authorized third-party security auditors, legal entities, or infrastructure partners if required to maintain grid integrity.
- Location Telemetry & Hardware Fingerprinting: Upon access, the system actively collects precise geolocation data, IP configurations, and device fingerprinting to mitigate Sybil attacks, prevent unauthorized node sharing, and enforce rate limits.
3. Operational Constraints & Prohibited Acts
Nuviac provides data aggregation tools for legitimate, ethical security analysis and authorized intelligence gathering. You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:
- Engage in malicious stalking, doxxing, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
- Bypass, reverse-engineer, or disable security measures, rate limiters, or Turnstile nodes.
- Utilize the platform for automated scraping without explicit API authorization.
- Resell raw data outputs to unauthorized third-party commercial entities.
Violation of these constraints will result in immediate blackballing of your IP address and connected accounts, without refund or appeal.
4. Account Clearance Levels & Quotas
Access to specific intelligence modules is governed by your assigned clearance tier (e.g., LITE, X, ELITE). Nuviac administrators reserve the absolute right to modify, downgrade, or instantly revoke your clearance level and daily operation quotas at any time, with or without prior notice, upon detection of anomalous telemetry.
5. Data Retention & Cryptographic Deletion
Local search history is stored within your browser's local storage cache for operational convenience. Nuviac does not maintain permanent backend records of individual target payloads beyond standard 30-day security audit logs. Upon account deletion requests, all associated telemetry links are cryptographically severed within 72 hours.
6. External Node Disclaimers
Nuviac operates strictly as a routing aggregator for public and third-party data nodes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-time validity of the data retrieved. The intelligence provided is intended for reference purposes only. Nuviac shall not be held liable for any real-world actions taken based on data retrieved from our routing nodes.
7. API Usage & Rate Limiting
Direct access to the Nuviac backend APIs outside of the provided graphical user interface is strictly prohibited unless authorized with a valid ELITE tier Developer Key. Authorized API users are subject to dynamic rate limiting. Circumvention of rate limits via IP rotation will trigger automated global subnet bans.
8. Intellectual Property
The design, architecture, source code, and algorithms powering the Nuviac platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Nuviac Development Group. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the interface. Duplication of our interface design or internal routing logic is strictly forbidden.
9. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Nuviac, its administrators, or its infrastructure providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, hardware seizure, data corruption, or other intangible losses.
10. Modifications to the Protocol
We reserve the right to forcefully update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued operation within the Nuviac Grid after any such changes constitutes your explicit consent to the new parameters. It is your sole responsibility to review this protocol periodically.
